Track24 ("the App") is a time tracking application for iOS developed and operated by IE Yerlan Kussainov ("we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Track24. The App is designed with a strong focus on privacy and minimal data collection.

By using Track24, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

Track24 does not directly collect or process:

• your name, email address, or contact information through an in-app account system
• account credentials (no login or registration required)
• the content of your work shifts, jobs, or earnings data on our servers
• payment card or banking information
• precise or approximate location data
• camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or calendar data

All data is stored and processed locally on your device.

3. Local Data Storage

Work shifts, jobs, earnings, and user preferences (such as currency and language) are stored locally on your device only.

We do not transmit this data to our own servers.

If you delete the App, locally stored data is removed from your device.

4. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Track24 uses limited third-party services that may collect anonymous or pseudonymous technical data.

4.1 Analytics — Amplitude

We use Amplitude to analyze app usage and improve the product.

Amplitude may collect:

• anonymous device identifiers
• usage events (e.g., feature interactions, screen views)
• device and system information (OS, device model, language, country)

This data:

• is not used to identify you personally
• is not used for advertising or profiling

4.2 Analytics — Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app performance and usage.

Firebase may collect:

We do not enable advertising features in Firebase.

4.3 Subscription Management — Adapty

We use Adapty to manage subscriptions.

• subscription status
• purchase events
• device metadata

All payments are processed by Apple.

4.4 Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send you app-related messages such as:

• reminders (e.g., to log your work shifts)
• product updates
• important notices

Apple provides a push notification token (APNs) used to deliver notifications.

You can disable notifications anytime in Settings → Notifications.

All purchases are processed by Apple.

We do not access or store payment information.

6. No Tracking (ATT)

Track24 does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

We:

• do not use third-party ad networks
• do not perform cross-app tracking
• do not build advertising profiles

Because of this, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is not required and is not requested.

Apple Search Ads may be used for app promotion, but it operates within Apple's privacy-preserving framework and does not involve cross-app tracking.

7. How We Use Information

We use limited technical data to:

• improve app functionality
• understand feature usage
• fix bugs and issues
• manage subscriptions
• send notifications (if enabled)

We do not:

• sell data
• share data for advertising

8. Data Retention

• Local data: stored on your device until deleted
• Analytics data: retained by providers (Amplitude, Firebase)
• Subscription data: retained by Apple and Adapty
• Support emails: stored as needed to provide support

12. Children's Privacy

Track24 is intended for general users, including hourly workers, freelancers, and contractors, and is not directed to children under 13.
